The man is Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia, the surgeon that re-created Aniston's nose and who knows for Diaz, last year.
Kanodia has an incredible spiritual side that has impact both girls’ lives - which they just cannot stop talking about him.

Anyways, Justin went home for the holidays in Tennessee, to surround himself with his immediate family: mom (and one-time manager) Lynn, step-father Paul Harless and his two younger half-brothers.
And where is girlfriend Cameron Diaz? Girlfriend of 3 years went skiing in Vail, Colorado. She went to spend the holidays with her family. Why separate vacations? Supposedly sources say, that Justin has decided it's over between Cameron and him.
He confirmed while partying with old buddies: "Me and Cameron? We're done."

Cameron Diaz has been a klutz most of her life - she's broken her nose like 4 times. Diaz finally decided to get a nose job. The main reason for the sudden decision, she lately been having trouble breathing through her nose.
She said, "I'm done with the problems. I'm getting it done for my health not for beauty, that's just bonus."

Every change of clothes - was a flash of boob!
The actress gave other sunbathers quite a view of her bare breasts when she changed from a grey chiffon skirt to a white bikini, and then later into skin-tight black hotpants.
"Almost every time Cameron changed her clothes we got a flash of boob," NewsOfTheWorld quoted one sunbather, as saying.
A photographer jumped out of a bush and scared Diaz and Timberlake.
Actress Cameron Diaz is charging a photographer with assault. The paparazzo was trying to mow her and boyfriend Timberlake down with his car!
The incident occurred when the couple was leaving from a friend's house in Hollywood around 12am September 19th. The photographer was hiding in the bushes and jumped out with his camera snapping away.
Diaz and Timberlake chased the photographer down the street but never caught up with him.
The persistent photographer allegedly got inside his car and drove toward them, forcing Diaz and Timberlake to jump out of the way. Diaz was so furious that she filed a complaint against the unknown paparazzi!
No suspects have been identified or arrested.
However, some of the photos and video of that night were mysteriously posted on Agency X17 website.
The pictures and video of Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz early morning on Tuesday, September 19 were taken on a public street where there was no “Private Drive” or “Private Property” sign visible. What the photographer knows he saw and what the pictures show, were at least two people verbally and physically assaulting him. Reports stating that Ms. Diaz has told police that the photographer tried to run her over with his car are completely false. The photographer was attempting to leave what he perceived to be a dangerous situation for him and when he tried to do so, Ms. Diaz and at least one other member of her entourage stood in front of his car in an attempt to entrap him. He drove around them at what he perceived to be a safe distance, as at least five members of Ms. Diaz and Mr. Timberlake’s group were yelling at him, making threats against him. The photographer is currently in the process of filing a complaint against Ms. Diaz and Mr. Timberlake.According to Yahoo! News.
