Just days after she was made a CBE at Buckingham Palace, Catherine Zeta Jones has received yet another honour.
The actress was given lifetime achievement award by the Welsh society of New York at the Yale Club last night.
But the 41-year-old beauty certainly wouldn't have won any awards for best supported actress.
The usually impeccably dressed star fell foul of a mammary malfunction as her revealing dress left very little to the imagination.

But it seems Catherine Zeta-Jones's shapely body is no more after the actress displayed her new slender figure as she arrived at a New York theatre last week.
The 40-year-old actress is currently starring in Broadway music A Little Night Music, and it appears the stress of performing eight shows a week is taking its toll.
Wearing a black mini dress and black cardigan, accessorised with a Chanel handbag and sparkly shoes, Catherine's legs appeared to be scarily skinny as she got out of her car.

Catherine Zeta-Jones is wowing the crowds with her beauty — on Broadway and in a new photo shoot for Allure magazine’s nude issue. The magazine has just released two new photos that show why Zeta-Jones is considered one of the most beautiful women in the world.
Zeta-Jones brought her gutsy attitude to her Allure shoot, where she posed nude for Michael Thompson.
The latest photos show her in a full profile and what appears to be a shower scene.
Catherine Zeta-Jones is the cover girl for the May issue of Allure and she looks positively stunning!
In the pictures the actress puts talk of her shrinking frame to bed as she confidently reveals a toned, but curvy, figure while lounging across the sheets and smouldering into the camera.

Continuing their use of celebrities to draw attention to their cause, with or without the celeb's cooperation, Zeta Jones is just the latest in a long line of people PETA fondly calls "fur hags."
The following statement is from PETA's website:
"Sound the sirens and call the fashion police! PETA's annual "Worst-Dressed" poll is here - complete with fur hags and shriveled has-beens who drape themselves in animal skins.
"And the winner is ... Catherine Zeta-Jones! She took top honors with her gigantic grandma fur coat, leather pants, and croc bag. Draped in the skins of dead animals, she flaunts a murderous ensemble that's a crime of fashion - and compassion."

At 40, Catherine Zeta-Jones has no intention of putting her sexy screen siren days behind her.
In her upcoming movie The Rebound, she strips down to her bra as she gets to know her toyboy lover on the sofa.
But the couple's moment of passion is interrupted when her eight-year-old son wakes up and walks into the sitting room.

The film is to be directed by Steven Soderbergh and will be set in 1920s America rather than ancient Egypt, says The Hollywood Reporter.
X-Men star Hugh Jackman is also said to be in talks to also take a lead role.
Zeta Jones is no stranger to musical film, having won an Oscar for her role as Velma in 2002’s Chicago.
Catherine Zeta-Jones hates Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old actress - who has two children with husband Michael Douglas - has various properties worldwide, but could never live in the US city.
She said: "I hate Los Angeles with a passion. I felt that way even when I was single and knocking on doors trying to get a job.
"We go there, work hard, have our meetings and then get the hell out again. I don't know how people live there, especially with kids."
