Colin Farell's infamous sex tape is to stay private - for now.
A Superior Court judge in the US has sided with the 'Alexander' star and ruled that the X-rated home movie - starring him and former Playboy Playmate Nicole Narain - must not be made public for the time being.
The video reportedly shows the movie hunk engaging in sex acts with the former model during their brief romance
She claims she has the right to reproduce, market and distribute the 14 minute tape, but Farell says they agreed to keep the footage private as it would "irreparably damage his career".
Leodis Matthews, an attorney for Narain, said: "Sales of the videotape could represent significant income for my client. It would rival that of the notorious Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee sex tape."
