Heidi Montag admitted to People magazine that she is “obsessed” with plastic surgery, and plans to go get more work done in the future.
“For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done. I’m beyond obsessed,” she said.
This obsession led her to undergo 10 surgeries in one day: brow lift, Botox in the forehead, nose job revision, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction in her waist and thighs and buttocks augmentation.
The long list will expand with future surgeries.
Montag defends her choice under public criticism, saying, “I’m the one living in my skin.”
“It’s my body, I need to feel comfortable as a woman and as a person,” she said.

Liz Ciganovich, the album's production and art director, said she got the idea for an '80s tribute after seeing Montag's Overdosin' video.
"It reminded me of Olivia Newton John's Let's Get Physical in the '80s," said Ciganovich. "I thought, 'Let's do a shot that says '80s – lets pay homage to the mix tape!' The hunt was on. I believe I purchased every mixed tape in Los Angeles!"

Heidi and Spencer prefer to dress as Jon and Kate Gosselin for this Halloween and they even have several dolls to represent the estranged couple's eight children.
Halloween comes early for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt who have revealed their costumes for the yearly celebration. On Wednesday, October 28, the reality star couple stepped out for a photo shoot in Los Angeles, dressing as Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin.
Heidi wore a pink t-shirt and jeans. She also donned blonde wig that that resembled Kate's hair style. Spencer, meanwhile, was spotted sporting Jon's trademark Ed Hardy shirt. He paired it up with jeans and sneakers.
During the photo shoot, Heidi and Spencer also held various dolls which were meant to represent Jon and Kate's eight children. Speaking of his and Heidi's Halloween costumes choice, Spencer explained, "Halloween is supposed to be about scary costumes. What's scarier than Speidi Plus Eight? Any reality stars who can get themselves 55 magazine covers will always have our respect!"

Teaming up for another day of work duties, Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge were spotted filming an episode for their hit reality series “The Hills” in Los Angeles on Monday.
With both of the MTV vixens looking super-sexy, Audrina and Heidi spent their time in front of the cameras hanging out together at Cafe Midi along La Brea Avenue.
FOX News on Tuesday, October 20, claimed that Heidi and husband Spencer Pratt didn't attend because the venue didn't offer them an appearance fee.
"Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid," a source told FOX News. "I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn't even show up without a fee. That's disgusting."
Heidi's rep on Wednesday said that the FOX News report "is absolutely not true."

Out for another day of escapades, Heidi Montag was spotted in Malibu, CA.
The “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here” couple was joined by Mixed Martial Arts fighters, King Kevin Casey and King Keith Casey, as they stopped by Malibu Yogurt and Ice Cream for a refreshing snack.
Montag said: "We have never made that and we are not making that. I wish that were true."
She went on to say that what the actors of the show earn is confidential. "[It's] top secret, but it is not what you would think at all. I do The Hills for the love of it. I don't do it for the money," she said.
Montag, Audrina Patridge and Lauren Bosworth were reported earning $100,000 per episode, while other actors' pay packets were put lower. The report appeared on The Daily Beast.

Heidi Montag gave Spencer Pratt a lap dance on MTV's "The After Show" at a club following Heidi's craptacular Miss Universe performance, meaning she gyrated awkwardly in front of him like she had Tourette's syndrome, which of course Spencer took in with all the fervor of a toddler watching Barney.
