Jessica Simpson told David Letterman she was surprised the “Waiting on the World to Change” singer named her in his notorious Playboy interview.
“He gave away my game! Normally you would think that somebody you care about would keep those intimate details to themselves. It was definitely compliment ... in a way. But I don’t really want people to know that about me. It’s like, I’m the good girl and then that happens.”
Speaking of her bad relationship luck, Jess also admitted that ex-boyfriend Tony Romo picked a doozy of a day to dump her. “He broke up with me on my birthday!”
This time his name is Jeremy Renner, known from The Hurt Locker. They met at a cocktail party recently in L.A. to celebrate the film they apparently had some fun!
"Jeremy spent the night hitting on Jessica like crazy. They were really flirting up a storm"
and then they apparently exchanged telephone numbers!
so is this a rumor or true? Either way, hopefully Jessica is happy!

Enjoying a relaxing dinner outing, Jessica Simpson was spotted at Boa Steakhouse in Los Angeles, CA on Friday night.
The “Angels” singer was joined by her good pal and hair stylist, Ken Paves, as the two of them made there way through the paparazzi frenzy to get to the waiting car.
The singer, actress and reality TV star - VH1 show Price of Beauty debuts in March - is the cover girl for Allure in March. In the feature, the star reveals what she's learned from high-profile relationships with ex-hubby Nick Lachey, John Mayer and Tony Romo: "nothing," she admits with a laugh.
Jessica Simpson, 29, also clarifies at least one rumor regarding her outspoken ex-boyfriend John Mayer.
"He didn't make me go brunette," she says of her dark 'do in 2006 and 2007. "John doesn't get credit for making me brunette. He'd like to think so, but he doesn't deserve the credit." The interview was conducted before last week's Mayer media firestorm, in which the musician told Playboy magazine that Simpson was "crazy" in bed and spewed racial epithets.
Despite being recently linked to Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins, she tells the magazine that "I'm on my own, and it's nice."
But she insists that "none of my breakups" have been "bitter." Even with Romo, who dumped her on the eve of her birthday. "I talked to Tony today," she says. "I'm still a fan [of the Dallas Cowboys]. I'm a huge fan. I wear my gear, and I cheer Tony on."
Regardless of her jocky ex, she predicts that her next husband will be "an artistic man...It will show you the colors of my character, the person that I fall in love with next. I don't even have a type! I don’t have a physical type. I have an emotional type."

The Dukes Of Hazzard beauty was meeting with top execs at a Chicago firm to discuss her new denim line.
But as they talked about plans for the brand, she let one rip – prompting her mum Tina to tell her off.
A source said: "While one of the executives was speaking in a room full of five people, Jessica let out a very loud fart.
"Her mother was there, and it prompted her to turn around and yell, 'Jessica!'
"The tension was extreme. No one knew what to say."

U.S. singer-actress Jessica Simpson says she is helping Soles4Souls collect money to pay for 1 million pairs of shoes for earthquake victims in Haiti.
Simpson is teaming up with her celebrity hairdresser friend Ken Paves to raise awareness and funds for the charity, which has already pledged 1 million pairs of shoes to be distributed to Haitians during "a sustained giving plan in coordination with other agencies," organizers said.
"Let's all do everything that we can for the victims in Haiti," Simpson said. "Just $5 will buy two people a pair of shoes."
"We are so grateful to all of our partners, from individuals to celebrities like Jessica Simpson, for stepping up to help the victims of Haiti," added Wayne Elsey, founder and chief executive officer of Soles4Souls. "These people are struggling to rebuild their lives and something as simple as the gift of shoes will help give them hope through the devastation."
Soles4Souls is a Nashville-based organization that says it facilitates the donations of both new and used shoes to people in need worldwide.

With a long sweeping fringe and a glamorous beehive hairstyle, the singer's golden blonde hair contrasted with her choice of black polo neck, tailored suit jacket and smart trousers.
Appearing on the red carpet alone, the star looked sultry as she posed and pouted for the cameras.
The film is about parents who go in search of a researcher who may have a cure for their two children's rare genetic disorder.
