Josh Duhamel has blasted tabloid reports that he cheated on wife Fergie with a stripper.
An Atlanta-based stripper had alleged that the Transformers star got close to her while he was filming Life As We Know It in the area.
Speaking to E! Online, his representative branded the allegations as "absolutely ridiculous".
The spokesperson added: "This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity."
Duhamel, 36, married Black Eyed Peas star Fergie, 34, in January.

The couple that plays together stays together, and Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson and Josh Duhamel were spotted enjoying each other’s company during some active quality time yesterday.
The “Big Girls Don’t Cry” songstress and her “Win a Date With Todd Hamilton” hubby looked so happy together as they strolled around their Brentwood, California home.
People.com reports that the 33-year-old singer married 36-year-old Duhamel at a ceremony at the Church Estates Vineyards.
The bride wore a Dolce & Gabbana dress and was supported by ten bridesmaids dressed in black.
Among the guests who attended were new parents Rebecca Romijn of 'Ugly Betty' and her husband Jerry O'Connell, 'Dancing With The Stars' Mario Lopez, Kid Rock and other members of the Black Eyed Peas as well as Duhamel's 'Las Vegas' co-stars.

Lovebirds Fergie and Josh Duhamel waved goodbye to single life by reportedly throwing a joint bachelor and bachelorette party.
The singer - real name Stacey Ferguson - got engaged to actor Duhamel in December 2007 and has been eagerly awaiting their forthcoming wedding.
And the couple decided to buck tradition by combining their bachelor and bachelorette parties for one giant celebration on Wednesday (07Jan09), reports In Touch Weekly.
A source tells the U.S. tabloid the couple would have "a joint bash at a lounge in Santa Monica. They wanted a more tame party and wanted to do it together.
"She's getting plenty of naughty gifts from all her girlfriends. Everybody can't wait to help them celebrate."
The couple is due to tie the knot on Saturday (10Jan09) in southern California.

The pair, which Us has learned is currently vacationing near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, were recently photographed looking at a ranch in California that is often rented for weddings. The engagement news was first reported by TMZ.
The 32-year-old "Glamourous" singer (also the lead vocalist for the Black Eyed Peas) has been dating
the star of NBC's Las Vegas, 35, for three years.
"We're still decorating our house, so I go shopping in the different countries [on my tour] and ship things home, and we open all the boxes together," Fergie said.
Fergie and Duhamel share a $5 million pad in Los Angeles. She told, "We go running around the house like little kids, putting things in different places!"
The couple have been inseparable for some time. "We're practically married," Fergie has said.

Otherwise, the couple is extremely excited about being pregnant! They have been wanting for this and have the confidence of becoming great parents. Fergie's spokesperson confirms that they are not pregnant. I guess we just have to wait and see...
