Karen Sala, who is seeking millions in spousal and child support from the star, filed suit against Reeves in May, seeking a paternity test to prove he fathered her offspring, who are all now in their mid-20s.
The actor denied he'd had a relationship with the 46-year-old, and was seeking a court dismissal over the claims.
But he has now finally given in to her demands to officially verify whether he is the father by undergoing a DNA test during the next few weeks.

Jury selection began Monday, and several prospective jurors indicated ties to the movie industry. Once selected, jurors will have to decide whether Reeves owes damages to a paparazzo who fell while shooting pictures of the actor driving in 2007.
Reeves was pulling out of a parking space, and Alison Silva says he was knocked down. One prospective juror said he did voice-over work and was once the voice of Bugs Bunny. He did an impromptu impression, causing laughter in the courtroom.

Paparazzi Alison Silva had claimed in a lawsuit that Reeves intentionally drove into him while behind the wheel of his Porsche 911 in March 2007, causing injuries and a loss of earnings for the photographer.
However Los Angeles Superior Court judge Elizabeth Grimes said there were no facts to support Silva's claims of assault against "Matrix" star Reeves.
"There was no evidence of the slightest contact or the slightest touching," Grimes said. "It didn't happen. Plainly Mr. Reeves intended to drive away. That intent is not unlawful."
The judge said Silva had fallen when he tripped on his own feet, adding that Reeves himself appeared to have been the victim of an assault by Silva when the photographer put his hands on the actor's car.
Reeves, who was not in court for Monday's ruling, said in a sworn statement submitted in July that he did not try to harm the photographer.
"At no time did my vehicle make contact with Mr. Silva other than when (he) bent over and placed his hand on the hood of my car," Reeves' statement said.
Silva will continue to sue Reeves for negligence in connection with the incident in Rancho Palos Verdes, a posh neighborhood in southwest Los Angeles.

Attorneys for Reeves and Silva did not immediately return phone messages Monday.
According to reports at the time of the accident, Reeves was leaving a parking space in a residential area near Los Verdes County Golf Course, about 30 miles south of downtown Los Angeles.
Authorities said at the time that the person Reeves struck was a paparazzo.
An attorney for Reeves said then that Silva was blocking Reeves' way and that if there was a collision, it was not hard enough to injure him.
