The first pictures of Lisa Marie Presley and her twin girls, Finley and Harper, who are three months old now, are being featured in the next issue of People on news stands Friday.
Lisa Marie also talks to People about how bad she wanted the babies. She had been trying for two years to get pregnant.
“I really wanted these babies. My blood was too thick and would clot, which caused several miscarriages,” she [says]. “The moment I took blood thinners, I got pregnant.”
Lisa also says her life is “chaotic bliss”. She lives with husband, Michael Lockwood, and her kids from a previous marriage, Riley, 19, and Benjamin, 16. Having a house of six would be crazy. Especially with teens and newborns in the same place!

The couple's first children together were born Oct. 7 via C-section and weighed 5 lbs., 15 oz. and 5 lbs., 2 oz. The names were confirmed to PEOPLE by Presley's rep.

Reps for Lisa Marie have not commented, however, she's made no secret of her wish for a child with husband Michael Lockwood. She already has a daughter and a son -- Riley, 18, and Benjamin, 15 -- with first husband Danny Keough.
