Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary by once again renewing their vows, this time doing the deed Friday in Paris.
“Tonight was an incredible night,” Carey said on Twitter. “I can't express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower.”
“Thank you so much to all the fans who came out as always and showed their love and support,” the singer added. “I love you!”
The intimate ceremony took place shortly after midnight in Paris following a romantic dinner, Carey’s rep said in a statement to E! News.

Mariah Carey has been unveiled as the new spokesperson for the Jenny Craig diet plan after using the firm’s meal plans to shed 30 pounds of baby weight.
The pop superstar gave birth to twins in April and turned to advisors at the weight-loss company in July for help in speeding up her slim-down.
She tells USA Today, she felt a “kinship” with everyone she worked with at the firm because they had all struggled with their own weight issues, and she credits the healthy eating program for helping to get her curvy pre-baby figure back – and making her feel great.
She says, “I feel better in every way. … I was in a bad place physically during my pregnancy.”
The new Jenny Craig TV adverts will feature a new Carey song titled “Make It Happen” and the tune means a lot to the new mom.
She adds, “I wrote that song from personal experience. (The song is) so fitting because a lot of people give up hope when they have had their kids and can’t lose that 20 pounds or 40 pounds, or they have gone through issues with weight their entire lives. It becomes so frustrating and debilitating that you give up.”
Carey has lost a total of 70 pounds since becoming a mother.
Mariah Carey, who gave birth to twins Monroe and Moroccan back in April, revealed her post-pregnancy figure as she made her way into her Manhattan apartment building on Wednesday.
Mariah Carey gave birth to twins on Saturday morning, which also happened to be her third wedding anniversary. The boy and girl were born at around 9 a.m. Los Angeles time and weighed just over five pounds each, according to Carey's spokesperson.
The singer, 41, and husband Nick Cannon, 30, were married on April 30, 2008, and spokesperson Cindi Berger said in a statement, "babies were born on their wedding anniversary ... not even Mariah could plan that!" Berger said the girl was born first and then the boy, but that their names have not yet been revealed.
Singer/actor Cannon was ecstatic about the birth, tweeting, "My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won't ever be able to top this!" He later added, "I'm in the happiest place I've ever been in my life. I never had more amazing things happening. I am humbled by God's favor."

Just one day after Tweeting a post – with a happy face – about contractions that sent her briefly to the hospital on her birthday, the singer, 42, posted a photo of a huge butterfly painted on her baby bump with the words "dem babies" written above the image.
"My attempt @ festiveness on 327!" she Tweeted Monday. "Comin soon #dembabies! LYMA+thanx 4 making me happy:)."
In her original Tweet on Sunday, Carey wrote: "[The babies] almost came on 3/27 … We have a few more weeks 2 go but- wow!!!: )."
Carey spilled the news to Life and Style magazine, telling them, "Even before we announced it was twins, I was trying to keep everything genderneutral because I didn't want to impose an identity on them too soon...There were fan contests on Twitter about what gender they are and rumors about them being two boys or two girls—but nobody guessed this!"
Cannon later confirmed the news to E!. "If my wife says it's true, then it is," the dad-to-be said.

There have been rampant rumors and speculation about Mariah Carey being preggers, and now an inside source has confirmed the story.
According to Radar, the “Touch My Body” babe is four months pregnant, though she and her husband Nick Cannon are opting not to discuss their impending parenthood in the press.
Earlier this week, Nick shared, "I've said it before and I'll say it time and time again -- when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her," during a radio interview.
A source close to Cannon told press, “Nick has been telling friends how excited he is to be a dad.” As for Mariah, the source added, “She definitely wanted to get pregnant. She’s very excited. She wants to wait as close to full term as possible before going public with the news to her fans.”
