Paris Hilton has launched her new fragrance 'Tease'. The socialite dressed up as Marilyn Monroe and said the new perfume is in honour of the screen legend.
Paris tweeted before the event, 'At home getting ready for my Tease fragrance launch event. Getting dressed up as my Idol and Favorite Icon Marilyn. Loves it!'
With her platinum hair styled in the icon's signature do, bright red lips and dripping in diamonds, she oozed glamour, reports the Daily Mail.
The 25-year-old heiress unveiled her new fragrance during a private party on Hollywood Boulevard with her guest list including Amanda Holden, Piers Morgan and Adrian Grenier from Entourage.
Paris described Tease, which is her tenth fragrance, as a reflection of her growing maturity. "We have done so many over the years but this one is more mature. The last time I did fairy, I did mermaid. I was younger, now I am more mature. I thought it was a really glamourous fragrance," a website quoted her as saying.
A video of Marilyn Monroe allegedly smoking marijuana has been made public some 50 years after it was filmed.
The film was recently bought for $275,000 (£166,000) by US collector Keya Morgan, who is making a documentary on the death of Monroe in August 1962.
He tracked it down to an attic in New Jersey - the person who filmed it said it was taken at an informal gathering in 1958 or 1959.
The film shows a personal side rarely seen in public since the actress achieved stardom.
At one point in the film, Marilyn points her nose toward her armpit and laughs.
The original film-maker - who has asked for anonymity - said the cigarette in the footage contained marijuana saying: "I got it - it was mine. It was just passed around."
"It was not a party. It was just a get-together. You know, come over and hang out," the person added.

She's made no secret of her adoration for Marilyn Monroe and now for the second time Lindsay Lohan is posing as the late actress for a high fashion photoshoot.
Lindsay, who recreated Marilyn's famous 1962 nude shots called the 'final sitting' for New York magazine last February, got all dolled up as her idol this week for a photoshoot for Spanish Vogue.
Donning a curly blonde wig and wearing a billowing dress with a large image of Marilyn emblazoned on it, Lindsay, 22, looked in good form and healthier than she has in recent times on the Hollywood Hills set.

The ads feature Johansson channeling Marilyn Monroe in a seductive pose. The line of makeup will launch this spring with the ads appearing in all of the top fashion magazines.

A spokeswoman for Christie's auction house says the 36 photos taken by Bert Stern sold for $146,500 on Tuesday. The pre-sale estimate was $100,000 to $150,000.
Christie's says the photos from a 1962 shoot were the last professional images taken of Monroe before she died that year of a drug overdose. They ran in Vogue instead as a memorial.
They're among more than 100 Monroe images being offered for sale at Christie's. The sale continues Wednesday.
Also at Christie's Tuesday, four Helmut Newton photographs, titled "They're Coming, Paris (Naked and Dressed)," sold for $662,500.
The buyers were anonymous.

An illicit copy of the steamy, still-FBI-classified reel - 15 minutes of 16mm film footage in which the original blond bombshell performs oral sex on an unidentified man - was just sold to a New York businessman for $1.5 million, said Keya Morgan, the well-known memorabilia collector who discovered the film and brokered its purchase.
The footage appears to have been shot in the 1950s. When it came to light in the mid-'60s, then-FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover had his agents spend two weeks futilely trying to prove that Monroe's sex partner was either John F. Kennedy or Robert F. Kennedy, according to declassified agency documents and interviews, Morgan said.
The silent black-and-white flick shows Monroe on her knees in front of a man whose face is just out of the shot.
He never moves into the shot, indicating that he knew the camera was there, but Monroe never looks at the lens, said Morgan, who saw the footage.
Morgan said he discovered the film while doing research for a documentary on Monroe, after talking with a former FBI agent who told him about a confidential informant who tipped G-men to the existence of the film in the mid-'60s.
The feds eventually confiscated the original footage - but not before the informant made a copy of it, which is what was just sold by his son, Morgan said.
There are heavily redacted, declassified FBI documents talking about a "French-type" film.
They state the informant "exhibited [to agents] a motion picture which depicted deceased actress Marilyn Monroe committing a perverted act upon a unknown male," Morgan said.
The informant was with at least one mobster at the time, the documents state.
According to the documents, "Former baseball star Joseph DiMaggio in the past had offered [the informant] $25,000 for this film, it being the only one in existence, but he refused the offer.
"Source advised that [redacted name of the mole] informed them that he had obtained this film prior to the time Marilyn Monroe had achieved stardom."
Morgan said he got the deceased informant's name from the former FBI agent who tipped him off to the flick - and was floored after he found the mole's son in Washington, DC, and the man retrieved a film canister from a safe-deposit box and spooled it up.
"You see instantly that it's Marilyn Monroe - she has the famous mole," Morgan said.
"She's smiling, she's very charming, she's very radiant, but she's known for being radiant," he said. "She moves away, and then it [the footage] stops."
Last month, he brokered its sale, leading the informant's son to a wealthy New York businessman who wants to keep this unseemly part of Monroe's past buried.
"He said he's just going to lock it up," Morgan said.
"He said, 'I'm not going to make a Paris Hilton out of her. I'm not going to sell it, out of respect.' "

Marilyn Monroe's one-time best friend Jeanne Carmen wants Scarlett Johansson or Kate Bosworth to play her in a new biopic because mom-to-be Christina Aguilera is too focused on motherhood for the project.
Pop star Aguilera was set to make her big-screen debut in the story of the busty blonde pinup, but Carmen can't wait for her to have a child and get back into shape.
So she has revealed she wants either Johansson or Bosworth to take the role in the film, based on her son Brandon James' biography The Wild, Wild Life of Jeanne Carmen.
Carmen says, "Christina was interested in playing the part and is a born pinup girl at heart. She became pregnant, however, and the script is now in the hands of Scarlett Johansson's agent and Kate Bosworth's agent.
"Either one of these girls have the talent to pull it off."
