According to The National Enquirer, Mel sat down with his children from his previous, 28-year-long marriage, and told them the news a few days ago. However, word is, they're not too happy, with the older boys already worrying about what will happen to their trust funds.
If the rumors are true, it won't be Oksana's first high-profile pregnancy, she already has a nine-year-old son from a previous relationship with James Bond actor Timothy Dalton.

"Mel has been single for almost three years and it's nice to see him getting out and enjoying himself," his rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.
Mel dressed in a black suit with a dark gray shirt, stepped out with Oksana Grigorieva. The couple held hands as they walked the carpet before taking a seat at the screening at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
"They came in quietly and as under-the-radar as they could and they were pretty low-key," says a source. "Mel seemed very comfortable."

She revealed she was the woman snapped frolicking in the surf with Mel earlier this year. The photos sparked a storm of speculation about Mel's 28-year marriage.
On Monday, just weeks after they were published, the movie legend's wife Robyn Gibson filed for divorce.
Smitten Oksana, who first hit the Russian charts aged 13, said yesterday: "This is serious and I hope that our union will be real and strong and long-lasting.
"We are different people, but Mel is a grown man and knows precisely what he wants and me too — I know what I want."
The stunning blonde was speaking out after Hollywood insiders this week blamed Mrs Gibson's divorce suit on "a Russian musician called Oksana".

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory Alarcon (al-ahr-KOHN') on Tuesday ordered Gibson to appear for a deposition by mid-January.
Screenwriter Benedict Fitzgerald claims he was underpaid for his work on "Passion."
His attorneys say Gibson spent tens of thousands of dollars on his children's education while filming in Italy and paid a chiropractor $78,000. They contend those expenses lowered payments to Fitzgerald.
Gibson's attorneys want to keep their client from having to answer questions about the blockbuster film.
Gibbon's lawyer didn't return an after-hours phone message.

Back in September, there were whispers about a beautiful young Russian woman named Oksana visiting Mel on the set of his movie "Edge of Darkness."
As it turned out, she was supposedly hired to do nothing more than write music for the film. Now a source is telling The National Enquirer that Robyn was not pleased with the gossip about Oksana and her hubby.
"It may turn out that Mel's friendship with the woman is innocent, but Robyn warned him that if he embarrassed her one more time, their marriage is dead and buried."

The actor was approached with an offer to reprise his role of manic law enforcer Martin Riggs with veteran star Danny Glover back as his partner Roger Murtaugh.
But director Richard Donner -- who directed all four Lethal Weapon movies -- has revealed Gibson feels that a fifth Lethal Weapon could be too much of a shot in the dark.
He explains, "I would like to think that Mel turned it down because I wasn't involved because that would be the kind of thing he would do.
"The project is pretty much dead in the water unless someone had the sense to come to me."

The property has an old-world feel to it and was considered to be fairly priced for its primo location and quality construction.
