One day after she donned a pantsless, low-cut ensemble for the Billboard Awards, Miley Cyrus skipped the bra once more to run errands in L.A. Monday. Wearing a loose white blouse, sans bra, the "Can't Be Tamed" singer sprinted (barefoot) across the pavement--revealing her dreamcatcher tattoo, as well as most of the side of her breast, to onlookers.

Going with a sexy look, Miley Cyrus wore a white suit jacket of Jean Paul Gaultier creation that boasted a plunging neckline at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night. Miley had to even calm Liam down just after the photos made their way online. The source said, “Miley is telling him that as long as they don’t really mention it that it will go away. There is nothing they can do about it now.”
The spy went on to say, “She is very embarrassed…that the paps got the shot, and went that far for it.”
Miley Cyrus is debating leaving Hollywood and moving back to her native Nashville because of "D Bag paparazzi."
"Highly considering moving back to Nashville," the "Hannah Montana" actress tweeted yesterday. "I can’t stand these D Bag paparazzi anymore. Couldn’t even take my dog on a walk today."
"That's all I ask!" she added. "Is to just be able to walk my dog."
