Miley Cyrus escaped serious injury when the set of her new "Hannah Montana" movie collapsed.
The 15-year-old was filming scenes for "The Hannah Montana Movie" in Columbia, Tenn., when high winds blew a giant piece of lighting equipment into a Ferris wheel full of people.
Miley Cyrus had just finished filming a scene when the incident occurred.
A number of extras sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital, reports TMZ.com.

The “Hannah Montana” hottie dropped by The Perfect Parrot in Hollywood, California to buy a pet bird, sporting a grey tracksuit with a bright blue t-shirt underneath as she smiled for the paparazzi and flashed a peace sign.

Miley’s Naughty Pics is the latest fallout from the fifteen year old Hannah Montana star’s topless photoshoot for the June 2008 issue of Vanity Fair Magazine. The new internet game captures parody shots of Miley on the red carpet posing topless for the style mag.

On Saturday night, for approximately two and a half hours in the middle of Zootopia 2008, several thousand young girls were held hostage at the Izod Center here. They had come to scream for the Jonas Brothers, the preppy New Jersey sibling heartthrobs who opened the show, and for Miley Cyrus, the teen queen who closed it. That there were eight acts in between was a sort of cruel punishment.
Slickly choreographed and arranged, Zootopia thrilled in inverse proportion to the age of its performers — beginning loudly with the Jonas Brothers (average age: 18), dulling in the middle with a reunited New Kids on the Block (average age: 38) and finishing, amid a sea of shrieks, with Ms. Cyrus (age: 15).
Conveniently, the youngest performers were also the ablest. The Jonas Brothers, who play instruments and sing as a full-service boy band, veered from loose-limbed rock (“Hold On”) to intense balladry (“When You Look Me in the Eyes”). They were a model of precision.
Ms. Cyrus, whose popularity appeared undiminished by recent scandal, was slightly less focused, though her flashes of fatigue did little to diminish her blunt-force hits — “See You Again,” “G.N.O. (Girl’s Night Out)” — or their reception. She performed songs from her forthcoming album, “Breakout,” that indicated she’s not meddling with success, although “Fly on the Wall” curiously echoed the B-52’s “Rock Lobster.”

In the poster, the Hannah Montana star sits sprawled out on a chair with the trademark white tache on her upper lip.
A caption reads: “Actress by day, rocker by night. I’ve got to keep fit to keep up. So I drink milk. Some studies suggest that teens who choose milk over sugary drinks tend to be leaner and the protein helps build muscle. It’s the best of both worlds.”

Hugh Hefner wants 15-year-old Miley Cyrus to pose naked in Playboy.
The 82-year-old tycoon thinks the 'Hannah Montana' star - who recently caused controversy by posing in just a blanket in Vanity Fair magazine for photographer Annie Leibovitz - would be a hit with readers of the adult magazine when she turns 18.
He said: "She would be welcomed in the magazine. She's a very pretty lady."
Hugh - who has three live-in girlfriends - also insists he can't understand the fuss caused over the Vanity Fair shoot.
He added to US TV show 'Extra': "I think to make such a big to-do over something as innocent as those photos. I think is a reflection on how schizophrenic America is about sexuality."

Miley Cyrus has been through a difficult few weeks since her Vanity Fair photo flap – but now she's back to doing what she does best: Entertaining.
In her new tune, "7 Things" – which debuted Tuesday on the syndicated radio show Elvis Duran and the Morning Zoo – the 15-year-old describes the pain of a recent breakup. In the chorus, she runs through a laundry list of all the things she "hates" about her ex: "You're vain, your games, you're insecure/You love me, you like her/You make me laugh you make me cry."
The song – which combines Avril Lavigne-style teen angst with dad Billy Ray Cyrus's country twang – is the first single off her upcoming album, due out July 22.
This Saturday, Miley will join her pals The Jonas Brothers – and New Kids on the Block – to perform at Z100's Zootopia.
