Having arrived into town the previous afternoon, Miley Cyrus was spotted making her way around New York City on Tuesday.
The "Hannah Montana" hottie once again showed off her maturing ways - as she sported short-shorts and heavy makeup while out with a few gal pals reportedly en route to meet-up with Justin Bieber at Madison Square Garden.

"IM HYPED!!! MADISON SQUARE GARDEN!!!!" Bieber tweeted before the show.
But when the Beebs teamed with Miley Cyrus for his song Overboard, the shrieking reached an all-time high, reports E! News.
Usher, Ludacris, Sean Kingston and Boyz II Men also joined Bieber for the show, which was being filmed for his upcoming 3-D biopic.

Miley was dressed extremely fashionably, wearing her open-toed heels, short shorts, and tons of jewelry.
The actors had been fending off breakup rumors for months. In June, Cyrus, 17, denied they had split, telling fans on her Web site that they were "so happy."

"When you're 11, the word you would use to describe someone is definitely not sexy, and as you get older I think you grow into that," the Hannah Montana star went on. "And I think I've done that but that's not my schtick. That's not what I'm trying to do to sell records. I want people to buy my record because of my music."

It is reportedly the teenager's second tattoo. She was photographed sporting the phrase 'Just Breathe' across her rib cage earlier this year, and later claimed that getting the design had not hurt.
