Rihanna is currently getting her action star on in “Battleship,” which opens May 18 stateside, but according to a new rumor she may hit the big screen again in another splashy big screen blockbuster. Sources tell The Sun that she has signed on to play a sexy bad girl in the next “Fast and The Furious” flick.
That source reportedly shared that "Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in 'Battleship.' Writers think she'll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn't take any prisoners -- just like her in real life."
The source adds that the singer is counting on the casting "could lead to bigger action roles." There’s just one problem. Her rep was quick to shoot down rumors about the appearance in the action flick. Her rep tells MTV News, “As far as I’m aware this is not true.”
