Ashlee Simpson is still insisting that there is no rivalry between her and Lindsay Lohan. Despite her new single ‘Boyfriend’ sounding suspiciously as if it were about Lohan stealing her ex.
However, Ashlee asserts that it is not directed at Mean Girl Lindsay, saying:
"It's just a song about every girl who has gone through a situation where somebody thinks you took their boyfriend and I didn’t steal her boyfriend! I dated her ex when I was 17, before she dated him.”
She then confided to Star mag: “She is a sweet girl but we’re obviously not best friends. I don’t see her all the time, but when I do, we always say hi.”
Forget her rivalry with Lindsay Lohan, look at her cute smile.
