Celebrity Kerry Katona has admitted assault following a fracas with a woman in a nightclub. The former Atomic Kitten singer was embroiled in the catfight at Panama Jacks in Warrington, Cheshire, last weekend. She was arrested earlier and has accepted a formal caution for common assault.It is believed the other woman knew Katona, who split from ex-Westlife singer husband Brian McFadden in 2004, through her foster parents.A spokeswoman for Cheshire Constabulary said: "A 25-year-old woman from Warrington was arrested and administered a formal adult caution for common assault, in relation to an incident that occurred at Panama Jacks on the night of Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th of February."
