Rumors have been buzzing around that Britney Spears could be pregnant again.

The 'Toxic' singer was rushed to a Malibu hospital last week, reportedly because her son, Sean Preston, couldn't go poopies.

However, a close friend to Britney claims the real reason she was taken to hospital because she is expecting another child from husband Kevin Federline.

Earlier this month, Britney sparked speculation she is with child after grabbing her less-than-flat stomach and shouting at shoppers in a Malibu store: "That's right, number two!" According to

At the time, her friends were quoted as saying: "Britney is definitely pregnant again.

Just last week, Federline was spotted enjoying a day out with a sexy blonde - increasing rumors that his marriage to Britney is faltering.

The dancer-turned-rapper was caught on camera getting close to French actress Sandy Lakdar as they strolled through Hollywood together.

A friend of Britney and Kevin said: "These pictures aren't going to help fix their problems," reported UK-Flava News.
