Former Playmate Anna Nicole Smith and herlawyer Howard Stern left the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. Tuesday afternoon after regarding her late husband's estate.

America's top judges will decide the fate of ANNA NICOLE SMITH's fortune after the bombshell blonde broke down in court in Washington, D.C. yesterday (28FEB06).

Anna Nicole faced the Supreme Court as part of her ongoing plead to inherit a portion of her late husband J. HOWARD MARSHALL's fortune.

Smith's legal arguement dates back to 1995 when 89-year-old oil tycoon Marshall died, leaving nearly $2 billion fortune behind.

She was originally awarded $474 million by a federal bankruptcy judge, but later the amount was reduced by a federal district judge.
