Nicole Richie is fighting back at claims of her having sex on a toilet with ex-druggy addict Jason Mewes.

Comedy 'Clerks' star and once ago heroin addict Mewes, allegedly romped with the 'Simple Life' star Nicole Richie in a lavatory during a showbiz party, according to Female First.

Twenty-four year-old beauty Nicole, told an audience of students at the University of Pennsylvania, how her and Jason got it on in a bathroom during a party several years back.

But Nicole's papa, 80's pop legend Lionel Richie, was horribly upset over these claims and denied everything.
