Rachel Hunter's divorce to Rod Stewart will be finalised at the end of this week - after a seven year seperation and battle.

Supermodel and ancient rocker first split up six years past but never ended it legally until now.

Hunter revealed they finally just agreed on a settlement.

"I should be a free woman by the end of the week. I can finally move on. It feels great," according to Female First.

Rachel and Rod met in 1990, had a whirlwind romance and got married within 3 months.

Their pre-nup ensured, the 'Maggie May' singer who is worth $170 million, held onto his fortune.

Attorneys have agreed that Rod provides maintenance for the couple's two children, Renee, 13, and Liam, 11.

Rachel is determined to continue paying her own way.

"I have to work like everyone else. I have bills to pay. I come from a working class family and this is the way I was brought up. I enjoy working." Reported Female First.
