A judge ruling awarded "Charlie's Angels" hot actress Cameron Diaz, all damages in a civil lawsuit. Diaz filed against a photographer who took photos of the actress topless when she was 19 years old. The photographer then tried to sell them back to her for $3.5 million, just a couple of years ago.

Superior Court Judge Valerie Baker, awarded an undisclosed amount in statutory damages to Diaz and dismissed a countersuit filed against Cameron Diaz by photographer John Rutter, according to Yahoo News. Judge Baker's summary of the judgment began early March and just became public last week.

Diaz sued Rutter back in July 2003, right after the photographer tried to sell her the pictures before offering to the tabloids. The original model release was all forged by Rutter.

Rutter tried to countersue Diaz a few months later, accusing her breach of contract. Her lawyers brought the case to the authorities; John Rutter was arrested and brought to court. He received three counts against him last year: forgery, perjury and attempted grand larceny.

Rutter has been serving almost four years in prison.

A hearing was pending on whether Rutter should pay the fine to Diaz's legal fees for the civil case. It could cost him up to $650,000 fees.

The judge also issued a permanent injunction. The photos are prohibited to be sold, license or any other use of the photos and a videotape shot in 1992, according to Yahoo News.
