The US Supreme Court has ruled that one-time stripper and Playboy magazine Playmate Anna Nicole Smith could pursue part of her late husband's oil fortune, according to Yahoo! UK News.

The ruling gave Smith the okay to collect on her late husband's estate, Howard Marshall. Howard Marshall estate net worth is an estimated 1.6 billion dollars (£890 million).

Anna Nicole in an drudgingly long running court battle with her late husband's youngest son, Pierce Marshall. Even though some decisions have been made --the battle continues.

But Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg, comments that Smith now has a better chance to pursue claims.

This case has brought huge amounts of drama to the normally sedated high court, according to Yahoo UK News.
