Russell Crowe is being nosy and convinced that Sharon Stone had cosmetic surgery to keep her youthful features.

Russell thinks she looks "like an orang-utan", according to Female First.

He believes once you keep doing surgery after surgery, than you should change your name because you are no longer that person.

"You can end up looking like a startled chimpanzee. The eyes are gone, the lips are like rubber tyres - or more like an orang-utan that has been kicked in the arse." According to Female First.
