Tom Cruise and fiancee Katie Holmes signed a pre-nuptial worth
$40 million.

Just last month they welcomed their first child into the world, Suri. They have spent days discussing their assests and trying to come to some sort of agreement, if they should ever split.

A trust fund has been set up for katie and Suri grossing
$14 million. If they ever end up wedding and later splitting up; in the divorce settlement Katie will receive also $26 million.

The wedding is in July. Katie's parents have relaxed a little knowing their daughter is set finacially and there is no more fighting for the time being.
