Britney Spears was again photographed with her baby son sitting in the car seat wrong. The former pop diva was driving in Malibu while cameras snapped away. Baby Sean Preston was strapped in his car seat but the car seat was facing the wrong way. It was facing forward.

Britney's representative insists that Brit was obeying the law.

She continued saying that Spears did nothing wrong this time "There is no law in California requiring rear-facing car seats." According to National Ledger.
