There seems to be some bad ties between divas Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera.

They have been at war 'what who said' it started with Aguilera. She said that Mariah Carey "never liked me".

"Once, we were at the same party and Mariah got really wasted, and she said some really awful things to me," Aguilera said. "But it was also the time when she was having that breakdown, so she might have been pumped up with medication."

Carey's response to Aguilera's allegations and commented, "I hoped that Christina would just understand why I was hostile towards her because she crashed one of my parties.

"It's disappointing that she would have to use my name to promote herself in being the victim," Carey added, "I have forgiven her and hope she can do the same for herself."

Aguilera, new album" Back to Basics", is out mid-August, is ready for peace. "I do not want any bad energy with anyone," she told Access when contacted for comment. "My intentions were not to upset Mariah with any statements that were published or taken out of context. I have all the respect in the world for her." Reported People.
