Oops, I almost dropped baby Sean again. Britney Spears seems to have a difficult time balancing a drink and her baby at the same time. She stumbled this afternoon as she was left a NYC hotel and almost sending little Sean Preston flying.

Britney blames the the crowd of onlookers making her trip. Baby Sean's head whips back, sending his baby hat to the street. Britney regained her balance and the baby seemed ok.
