Sandra Bullock is seeking to extend a three-year-old stay-away order against a man she accuses of stalking her across three states. Reported AOL People.

Judge Marion Johnson will take Bullock's request into consideration for the extension.

"I do not know the defendant and don't want to know him. I have never met him and I have never talked with him," Bullock declared in court.

She has accused Weldon following her from Michigan to Texas and California, communicating with her through e-mails, faxes and leaving voice mail messages with Sandra and her family, "indicating he wants to have a relationship with her." Yeah, whatever! Scram, you loser!
