Charlotte Church is a "fat cow" and has vowed to hop on the band-wagon in losing weight.

"I am sick of seeing myself in the mirror looking like a fat slob," admits the Welsh singer.

Lately, shes had to explain that she's not pregnant. That's how bad it has become.

"I love fried food, eaten it all my life. I'm naturally plump," she said. "When I am not singing I sit around and eat my "chunky-monkey" ice cream and watch the boob tube."
