What terrified Angelina Jolie most while giving birth to her daughter was what if her baby didn't cry.

The 'Tomb Raider' star spoke candidly about giving birth to Shiloh Nouvel, all her attention was hearing that first cry.

The CNN news network interview Angelina said: "You know, because you're there for the birth, which I wasn't for my first two kids, you're just suddenly terrified that they're not gonna take a first breath. Reported Life Style Extra.

"That was all I could think about, I just wanted to hear how strong her lungs were -- that first her cry."

Jolie already has two children - 16-month-old Zahara and 4-year-old Maddox that are adopted. Shiloh is her first born with partner Brad Pitt.
