Getting old sucks--Madonna is fit as a fiddle but parts of her body are aging.

The tabloid got a glimpse of Madonna's hand carrying a water bottle and seemed odd compared to the rest of her firm body.

Madonna has considered plastic surgery, if needed. In old age of 47, pop diva confesses she would go under the knife if her rock-hard body began to sag.
