Axl Rose did not sweat the $5,500 bill -- after boozing in London hotspot!

The Guns N' Roses frontman recently spent mega-bucks on Krug champagne during a very short hour, plus a bottle of Vodka to a table of British women he was admiring.

Axl seems to have become a drunk, just last week he was arrested in Sweden for attacking a security guard with his teeth.
