Nick Lachey has confined that his a crier - particularly while watching a movie.

During his interview with Glamour magazine he said: "If a movie makes me cry, I usually love the film. And mushy love stories get me everytime.

"My dad was quite an emotional guy and he taught us not to hold in our emotions."

Nick even gets teary eyed watching sports.

"I cry at sports if something really good or bad happens to a player. I feel what they are feeling and experiencing. Like, a horse broke it's leg while racing a few weeks ago and I became so sad.
