The twelve year old actress, Dakota Fanning will star in her most disturbing role - a young girl that's sexually abused.

Dakota has already filmed an explicit scene where her character's raped, she will appear nude or partially clothed in several scenes.

"I Am Sam" star and team hope to win an Oscar for this amazing role. Her agent Cindy Osbrink tells NY Daily News: "It's not just the rape scene - the whole story is challenging Dakota as an actress And I've never been so proud of her in my life... in every scene she gets better and better."
