Supposedly Kid Rock was caught red-handed and thrown in the local jail in Switzerland for a fight in his hotel suite. The Switzerland autorities assumed he caused injure to the man they found in Rock's room.

Hard-rocker Kid was in Switzerland (30Jun06) to make an appearance at the Montreux Jazz Festival.

He was released from jail the same day and plans to use the events from the night to write a new song. He jokes, "I just gotta figure out what rhymes with Switzerland!" Reported Contact Music.
