Paris Hilton apparently misses Nicole Richie.
Sometimes being rich doesn't mean you have the skills to keep your friends around. This happened with Paris Hilton who hasn't spoken her ex-best friend, Nicole Richie. Hilton confesses to be scared to pick up the phone. However, she got to the point to realize she indeed misses Richie and it's about time to do something about it.
She tells the sources "I'm scared (to call her) It's just weird and hard when you haven't spoken for so long. I don't know what would happen. I'm going to wait a while. I've known her, like, 20 years and the whole thing is ridiculous."
Well, then wait another year Paris!
