There was a time Tom Cruise earned over $10 million a year through his contract with Paramount Pictures. But now, he's facing a big loss, precisely 75%, which means he'll have $7.5 million less to put into his wallet.

He's been with Paramount since 1992; oh, his loyalty just heartbreaking. But on Monday Chairman Brad Grey of PP announced their new decision: Cruise, for two years each year will get $2 million plus a $500,000 discretionary fund. It's a deal.
