Elton John is fed up with the 'no sense of fashion style' of American bands. He'd apparently love to see American musicians dress more elegantly, adopt the cutting-edge and glamorous fashion style from the 80's.

This is the advice of a 59 year old man who wears purple boas during his concerts and still has a sassoon haircut.
