The clause means that she wants to jump Brad Pitt whenever she gets the chance. She warns each beau that they will always be second best to Pitt. As long as Pitt is not in the picture - she's a one woman man.

She explains, "I have the Brad Pitt clause. The contract is, 'Yes, we're together and I'm completely in love with you, but, if I ever meet Brad Pitt and I have a chance, let me get that chance.
