Britney Spears first pregnancy, she didn't know what to expect and so she was a lot more paranoid. Her second pregnancy, her outlook is a whole another experience.

After the photo shoot for Harper Bazaar's August cover issue, she felt refreshed to photo nude.

'The second time around being pregnant, I feel empowered,' said the pop queen. 'Even though I don't feel beautiful all the time.'

'The first time, you`re new at everything, and you`re paranoid,' she told Bazaar. 'This one, I was like, I just gotta wing it. It was weird for me at first because of who I am; wherever you go they expect you to look a certain way.'
