Kepcher was canned as general manager of Trump National Golf Club, earlier this week.
Trump had been unhappy with Kepcher performance for quite awhile. An insider said, "Trump has been wanting to can her for sometime now but could never reach her."
The real estate mogul supposedly felt that she was more focused on her career than her job to the golf course. The source adds, "She was supposed to be managing the golf course. She was supposed to be selling memberships. That's her job to sell memberships, and she just wasn't doing it." Reported SFgate.
