Shakira managed to raise the roof when they took to the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday night.
Colombia's favorite chanteuse was on equally sizzling form when her turn came to step into the spotlight. Shakira had obviously taken some inspiration from Bollywood, setting the stage alight as she gave an energetic rendition of Hips Don't Lie with the help of some sari-clad backing dancers.
