Locklear is saying that she isn't ready for a serious relationship but really she's just not interested in continuing to date Spade. Spade was just a rebound. They had jumped into bed a month after Heather filed divorce papers to rocker Richie Sambora and losing her back-stabbing best friend Denise Richards.
