Charlotte Church has the hottest best real boobs in Hollyworld , according to a survey poll.

The Welsh gospel singer, has taken the Best Celebrity Real Breasts 2006 title - beating all the supermodels including Kelly Brook, last year's winner.

Emma Chapman, from Fayreform, commented: "Charlotte really knows how to make the most of her breasts and her body." She said bigger breasts, which the week is intended to celebrate, are on the increase with the average size now a 36C. Reported Digital Spy.
