Rockers' Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale dished out $15 million for J.Lo's old place in Beverly Hills.

Film producer and businessman Sam Nazarian, actually purchased Lopez's house two years ago and decided to put it on the market just in April. He expected the four-bedroom house to stay on the market longer but was quite pleased that it sold quicker!

The 2 acre property comes complete with a tennis court, basketball court, pool room and film screening room and is completely gated off to the public. According to EOG.

Gwen and Gavin just had first their first child together - Kingston, just this past May.
