She is scheduled to appear in court or at least her attorney to appear in court on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. in Los Angeles. The punishment for a first-time DUI is a $1,000 fine and/or six months in jail, according to People.
"Since it's Paris first time with a DUI, she most likely will not be sentenced to jail," says her lawyer Lawrence Taylor. "She will probably only get a slap on the wrist: have to pay a fine, attend DUI School and go on probation."
