Playboy founder Hugh Hefner was happy when Pamela Anderson dumped husband Kid Rock. Hefner has been good friends with Pammy since he discovered her years back.
The media mogul sent the former BAYWATCH babe an advance copy of the January 2007 Playboy, which featured a retrospective of the blonde actress and model, and included a note of support. Reported Contact Music.
Anderson says, "Hefner sent me a sweet note about how he's supports my decision of leaving Kid Rock. He commented that the beautiful Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio broke up over a stupid little scene where her skirt blew up! I just laughed."
Kid Rock got viciously jealous over Pammy's part in the movie Borat! The marriage was over shortly after.
