Kelly Osbourne and mother Sharon fought back tears as they told the crowd at a benefit gig that member of their family was suffering from the lethal illness.
She shared with the crowd at London's Koko night club: "This is a subject that is very close to my heart because I have a family member who has been diagnosed HIV positive." Reported Digital Spy.
