Not only totally strangers but deep, dark secrets are coming out of the wood work, about Anna Nicole's life. A man who says he is an old friend of Anna Nicole Smith said the deceased Playmate suffered from lupus (the autoimmune disease).
Supposedly Frank Rodriguez never came forward before now because he promised to keep her secret. The only reason he was sharing it now, because he doesn't like people calling Anna Nicole "a drug user."
"She had a very serious condition, and I think people are entitled to know the truth," he said, according to Showbuzz.
Rodriguez claimed he met Smith and her son, Daniel, at Disneyland in 1996; he was working as a guest relation and was her tour guide.
"We became fast friends and had a special bond," he said.
Smith confessed to Rodriguez that she had lupus back in 1998.
She told him her whole body would ache and she only took the prescription drugs to ease the pain.
